I absolutely loved the convenience that Chris offered me when it came to getting started and getting all my information because I do not like to talk on the phone so his willingness to cater to my needs was amazing. Another huge plus was his ability to assure me that I have nothing to worry about, first time homeowner with bad anxiety, that he has everything handled and I dont have to worry. I recently had to make a claim and was a little scared since I’ve never made one! Chris Z talked me thru it, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable! He answered all my questions and walked me thru the process! I didn’t feel like I was just a claim number, he made me feel my claim and I were his number one priority and the process went fast! I always thought you had to wait around and it would be weeks before my claim went thru! Thank you Chris, your professionalism and caring went a long way in my book!!

I've been with Spiegelhoff for 4 years now. Spiegelhoff was able to find me a great bundle deal on my car insurance/homeowner's insurance, saving me several hundred dollars a year.

Any time I have a question with my policies/coverage, I receive a helpful response very quickly. Also, I was able to obtain very competitively priced life insurance policies for those in my family.
