Zero stars. Left the place dirty, scuffed and dented my stairway walls and left the washer & dryer in the middle of my hallways without returning to complete the job. Upon calling GE, Costco, they said the company is backed up for two weeks so will have to pay out of pocket to get it installed myself.
Do not recommend doing business with any seller employing Spirit Logistics.

Ordered a brand new stove from Home Depot & it came damaged. Appears to have been dropped during delivery. The delivery people tried to hide the damage so we would not notice. We’re now stuck waiting another month to get a replacement.

Tried calling to complain and get a replacement and all we get is voicemail. Called Samsung directly to resolve.

Worst delivery service is too kind for these people. After a no show on 5/1/18 the delivery people just left my appliance in the middle, not the side, not near the house... in the middle of the driveway today 5/2/18. Refused to bring the appliance into the house or take away the old appliance as they were contracted to do. Yes, we were home at the time of delivery. Delivery crew claimed road wasn't on GPS as well. The manager refuses to take calls from unhappy customers. We are hostage to this outrageous service because of a contract with the appliance manufacturer. To make matters worse there is a BBB logo on the website - clearly the site has not been updated in some time as it is impossible that they are endorsed by the MA BBB. Not even worth one star.

This company is a joke. Not even worth one star. Not only did they damage the first two stoves, they refused to pickup the old one, and were 45 minutes late in a four hour window. Wasted my whole day. When I told the driver to wait while I called, he left anyhow. Aracena trucking. Rude driver. Never again will I buy a home depot appliance while they employ sprit logistics.

I generally try to post favorable reviews and offer constructive criticism. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company. We lined up delivery of an appliance with home Depot not knowing that they subcontracted with spirit. We ordered the appliance a month ago and selected today as a delivery date to ensure that we had someone home for the appliance. We got a call from a very pleasant person saying that they were running ahead of schedule and would I be available 2 hours before the delivery interval. We were able to make that happen and my husband was at the location for delivery. He sat there for an hour and a half and we did not get the courtesy call we were supposed to get when the appliance was delivered. Finally, I called to see on the progress and the very pleasant woman informed me that they had tried an hour ago and knocked at the door but that no one was home. I explained that this was absolutely not true as my husband was sitting in the house. She then told me that they had also called my number which I was furious about as I had been sitting with my phone with perfect service without a single ring. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me that the manager was busy and currently unavailable. I asked them to call the delivery truck to see if it had gotten back to the warehouse and to call me back. No response. I called back a half an hour later and they told me that the truck was on its way back to the warehouse and the soonest they could deliver was in 2 weeks. Given that this is not to our primary residence, I was absolutely furious that someone will now have to take another day off of work to be there for the delivery. I still have not heard from the manager. Never use this company if you have a choice!

First time great experience due to staff members of truck #4360 (2 men) deliver our laundry appliances on-time and on point. Very impressed in their professionalism, in/out of removal/placement. Prior to today we did have the same issue as others say so this was second time around. I didn't receive a call day prior due lovely Home Depot not updating them. However, day of they did give me a 4 hour window. I definitely depends on the drivers as today it was great!

I wish there was a -20 star option!!! Horrible customer service, horrible drivers joke of a company! I received the same call from Home Depot regarding my delivery window and the 30 minute call prior to arrival. I sat at home when the rude driver calls and tells me he is outside and that I am lucky he did not leave. I go outside and there is no truck so I sit on steps and wait because the number was blocked and there was no way for me to call him back. 5 minutes go by and he calls me asking if I was ever coming down which i tell him I am sitting on my steps and to confirm the address where he was but, he just hung up on me. I received a call 5 minutes later from the main office telling me that the delivery needed to be cancelled because my unit was damaged. Strange how the driver claimed to be outside 10 minutes prior, but now the unit is magically damaged. Needless to say nearly two weeks later I am waiting for a refund from home depot and have spent countless hours on phone. What a joke, they should close their business if they do not want to deal with customers! Home Depot should be ashamed to use this company I will buy my appliances at Sears or Lowes!!

Driver called to say on his way at 6:20am for a 6:45am-10:45am delivery window. No Showed. So we reach out to their customer service team and no one answers the phone. The one time we were able to talk to someone they told us under no circumstances would we get our washer and dryer today. We've been waiting for this unit for 2 weeks and hear that we will not be able to get it again for another 2 weeks. We asked to speak to the manager, Anthony, and he will not accept our call. Terrible service and after reading additions reviews on here I am surprised Home Depot is still a client of theirs. There has been theft, destruction of property, carelessness around mask wearing and missed delivery windows. How are consumers supposed to feel safe and supported working with this company? I can't believe this is happening and this company is not responding!
