A horrible experience. They stamped an official bank check as counterfeit and called the police before even confirming funds (which were obviously good because it was an official bank check). Cost me a week of my time, loss of business and the embarrassment of having to get calls from the police and accusations of fraud. Not to mention, when my bank manager called to straighten things out the rep at St. Anne's was very rude, unprofessional, degrading and unwilling to cooperate, nor were they willing to offer any help to expedite the situation causing their customer and me time and money.

Closing my account ASAP. NOTHING but problems here. Everything they tell you is a lie, and they LOOOOOOOVE to lock your account out on weekends when you can't do anything until Monday!!!! I don't have TIME to switch all my bills over and all my income but I don't have much choice. Looks like I'm gonna have a busy Monday, my ONLY day off a week!!

The Bank itself it great, But the Fairhaven branch tellers make you feel inadequate and talk down to you..learn how to handle frustrating situations instead of repeating the same thing over and over .Like we are stupid or DEAF..
