Stallings has found us multiple policies and has saved us money Every time! I emailed them Monday morning needing a homeowners policy and by then end of the day Crystal had an application ready to sign that was cheaper than anything I could find on my own. Even with bundling with my current auto insurance. Stallings is great!

Initially when I contacted Stallings, I worked with an amazing rep named LeeAnn. I was so impressed that I even referred my sister to their company. Unfortunately, after unexpected change in their staff, I was neglected and informed that my agent LeeAnn as well as my account manager had left the company. I actually found out incidentally... I contacted Leanne and the account manager via email to advise that I had purchased a new vehicle and needed to make an update to my policy. After 2 weeks of no response I circled back and emailed LeeAnn again, this time adding my acct manager to the correspondence... The email in tern bounced back and I received notification that my email had been blocked. I thought that was very odd so I contacted their office. That is when I spoke to another representative who at the time was apologetic and worked to assist me as by that point I had received a notice that my auto policy was being cancelled by Auto Owners. Initially, she was professional and offered her expertise to help resolve the issue. In the midst of that my father was having open heart surgery the next day. The representative got the ball rolling and I advised I would be in touch later that week. Well unfortunately, my father had complications with his surgery and I had to focus on ensuring that he was okay. The representative sent me an email but did not make the effort to follow back when she did not hear from me for that one week, or 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4. I do own responsibility of my delay but given their circumstance I had hope to receive grace and understanding from at least Stallings.... The short version is I did not. When I talk back to the rep she made a point of mentioning several times that she emailed me....she acknowledged that she remembered that my Father was in the hospital and advised she was aware that sometimes complications happen. Before even speaking to that rep, I phoned their office and asked to speak to the office manager Whitney directly. I was told that my call was important, and the administrative personnel that answer the call advised that the office manager Whitney had not made it in yet but would have her call me back. After 2 days of no call back from Whitney (apparently she was out of the office at a conference... but I guess I did not matter enough for her to ask someone else to call me back). To call back was another waste of my time because the representative who initially was so professional and apologetic and willing to assist... This time took no accountability and basically blamed me for the circumstance. In short don't waste your time doing business with them. You are only a number to them and they do not care to follow through or show any accountability and follow through. Thank goodness I work in insurance for leading company in the industry ... And was able to connect with a local Allstate agent who was able to quickly respond, was very understanding and empathetic and made me feel valued as a customer. As I stated initially my experience was very good with this company but ultimately came to a halt unexpectedly. I intend to notify the department of insurance of my experience, Auto Owners (I'm sure they did not tell them about how they dropped the ball initially when they contacted them... So I will fill in the gaps and resolve my bill with them)... I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.... Choose better trust me....

Just recently, 5 minutes prior to them closing for the evening, Jovanna Espinoza went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. She never made me feel rushed due to the time; she truly is a gem!
