They have always taken great care of me, which includes spend the extra ten minutes to explain ways for me to save money, or just have a more responsible insurance plan. They have also taken care of all my different insurance needs outside of just car, which makes it super easy and convenient to keep my home and car in one place. I have especially loved working with Christian Rawalt these past few years. He is available anytime, even weekends and crazy hours when I am communicating from many, many time zones away. Mike Kirby was quick, informative and very helpful with an issue with using the 24 hour number to add a vehicle to the policy. Had it not been for Mike my car insurance would have been a mess. State Farm has had my insurance off and on for about 3 years now and have proved very useful. They have twice honored claims that occurred 6 month prior to when I ended up submitting the claim. Charity's office is comfortable and accomodating. I appreciate Will, he is very detail oriented and makes sure that everything is setup correctly. Definitely recommend!
