Everyone I've talked to here has been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Recently Katie reached out to me to discuss my policies and make sure everything was up to date. Katie took the time to take me through each of my policies and explain what I had as well as what I might consider changing, but I never felt pressured to add coverage. She even spent some time at the end to explain the different life policies that are available and how to make use of them, still without trying to convince me that I needed one. One of the most educational phone calls I've ever had.

I am a client of Mike Devine and State Farm and have had nothing but courteous and thorough service from them for all my insurance needs - which range from Homeowners insurance, various car policies, boats, recreational vehicles and more. My primary contact in Charlotte Beal in the Wasilla office and she is amazing. She is patient with my unending questions and explains everything so I can understand it clearly. I value this team and am so happy to have them working hard for me whenever I need something. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an insurance agent to contact their office - you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely appreciate all the workers here that are so helpful and quick to respond! They always send me reminders and updates, look for deals, and help with any questions I have right away. Katie was so kind and explained all my policies and updated anything I needed. She went above and beyond! Started with Jen as my representative and she was amazing, as well! If you want an insurance business that actually treats their customers well and knows them personally, I HIGHLY recommend them. I have been with them 7+ years and have been super impressed!!

I have been extremely unimpressed with Allstate for the past few years due to many reasons. My friend told me to call Jenny Bean at Mike Devine State Farm to see if she can help me because she saved him not only a lot of money, but was the best insurance agent he had encountered in over 30 years. I ended up moving all my policies after being with Allstate for 16 years. The amount of money I will be saving has nothing on the fact that she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable and secure about switching to State Farm and had so much knowledge about insurance. It felt as if I was having a conversation with an old friend I’ve had for many years. I am so glad I switched to Jenny and will be sending anyone I can to her.

Fifteen years, and they’ve never flinched. Mike Devine’s office bends over backward, sideways—whatever it takes. Custom policies that fit like a good pair of boots, not the cookie-cutter junk. Every “what if” answered, no brush-offs, no bull. If you want someone who actually gives a damn when things go sideways, you found him.
