After sitting in their drive-thru service Lane for 10 minutes as the only vehicle in the lane without even acknowledgment of my presence, I finally gave up and went inside to be met by rudeness saying that they ignored me because they were too busy. They had two customers inside.

We opened an account online and went in to make a deposit and get our debit cards. Nate was super helpful, everybody else seemed friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Now, if they had safety deposit boxes they'd be perfect! We look forward to years ahead with them for our banking needs. 🙂

I love this bank, the staff are very helpful and patient. I have a hard time understanding all the lingo of finances but they really break it down for me so there is no confusion. Currently have an auto loan (my first one) through them and they made the process as easy on me as possible. Definitely recommend!

Twice now STCU has reported missing payments on a loan for the same date. The reports were months apart for the same payment date. I sorted it out the first time many months before and then it popped up again on my credit report. Overall they are generally unhelpful and need a better customer support base and a better way of contacting individuals before this sort of thing happens.

Closed HELOC transaction recently, from application through to signing the process was smooth and although the person at the branch handling my signing was in training, they had a branch manager along side. She did great and we were in and out!
