Nothing but problems since opening this account. First my card information gets hacked and I almost got hit with fraudulent charges. Then twice I get hit with an over draft fee when I had a positive balance. They’re okay at resolving the problems but I never had these issues in the first place with other banks. 0/10 - Do not recommend.

I went into stcu because my loan payment of $390 came out of my account twice. They refused to refund the money that day and are making me wait 5 days. That was all thr money I have for two weeks. Worst customer service

Customer severice person for online banking was very rude and kept interrupting me I was at my othere bank for 14 years till stcu took it over worst thing that could ever happen
