Steve is a fun, cool guy who does insurance extremely well! I took him a pile of auto insurance statements and a list of questions about life insurance and he took care of explaining and covering everything important to me. Thankfully, I have had no claims, but I've watched him care for friends in need and it's impressive. He knows how to get down to business and get things done when the you-know-what hits the fan (or the front of the house.)

Steve, David, Cat and Ann B. Have been part of my insurance since I moved to CA over 20 years ago. Had a home window leakage problem that was not good as the regional mngr., said it was installation and not SF's problem. The installer, moved out of the area and I was stuck with fixing the leakage by a local contractor.
I want most competitive fees, so I research options.
I will NOT work with a Regional Manager again as I will call Corporate because Regional Manager on Window Leakage did not serve my interest and I did not hear from Steve.
