Our previous carrier dropped CA coverage, so I turned to this agency on a recommendation. I thought the agent was being helpful, but ended up being completely ghosted after being told my application was being submitted. One month, weekly emails asking for updates, with absolutely zero response. Very frustrating and disappointing and went a month with no insurance because it!

A few years ago I took over my Mothers Estate due to a health issue. It turned out I had to look into a new home owners policy and Mr. Collard was the only company, out of many I contacted that called me back in a timely manner. He was able to offer me many solutions for my needs and made the process of purchasing a new policy seamless. Over the last few years I have found myself contacting Mr. Collard and his team for direction. My calls were always returned and my questions always answered in a timely fashion. a rarity today in dealing with any large company. I would recommend Mr. Collard highly!!
