This office is just Amazing! Highly recommended 10 out of 10 lol Everyone here is great especially Laura, she’s definitely went above and beyond , she’s checked up on me so many times after the accident, made sure I was okay and made sure everything was taken care of. Everything was done in a timely manner she always got back to me no matter what. I truly felt comfortable enough to be upfront with her about certain situations and they truly treat you like family And make sure you are taken care of and it’s one of the best customer service situations I have ever encountered. I will definitely be referring people here. Thank you again guys for everything!! You guys are absolutely amazing!

Steven and his office team are great. The customer service is fantastic and they do an excellent job of finding the right coverage needed and make sure you get the best price. It's so refreshing to call an office and have such helpful and friendly service.

Loyal customer for over 10 years and this year I had two small claims and both denied by technicalities. 2 stars are because Steve is nice. Never in the office but always returns calls. Unfortunately his office can only forward the claim to a State Farm call center which is going to deny EVERYTHING they can. My most recent claim they initially denied, I successfully argued to get re opened. They said I just needed to complete a long list of hoops to jump through. Jump away I went, successfully completing all tasks to only get denied for a completely different reason. What a joke! No intention to cover any claims, just collect premiums to cover their $800M marketing budget and $8M CEO salary. I have other insurance policies with cheap online alternatives and have never had an issue. I guess the marketing budget and salaries for Steves cover a lot....lesson learned. Hope this helps. Wish I learned sooner. Money I could of saved would of covered these small losses and more.
