I wasn't impressed with this title company. There was a problem with the previously agreed upon buyer's credit associated with a new home purchase. Stewart Title did not want to bring this to my attention and simply handed me paperwork that would have resulted in losing over $10k dollars! I refused to sign, the agent with Stewart called both my realtor and the other party's agent and within 10 minutes the entire issue was resolved. I believe that my wallet would have been a lot lighter if I'd simply smiled and signed the paperwork as Stewart Title presented it. Poor communication and a lack of professionalism at this location.

Working with this title company caused many nightmares when it came time to pay my first mortgage. They had me fill out a form wrong resulting in me paying double my mortgage. I'm still dealing with this nightmare.
