We have worked with Eddy and his team for the past 16 years for all our liability, auto and workers comp needs. Eddy is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, quick and efficient. He will advise you on every decision and will always have your best interest in mind. He will fight for you as an agent even when he doesn't have to.

We almost lost a claim in May of 2021 with an opposing insurance company after one of our employees got into a car accident. The other driver was 100% liable, but the opposing insurance company claimed their driver was only 60% at fault even though we had a witness, police report and dash cam to back us up. We would have had to pay ALL the damages/repairs and 4 weeks worth of rental vehicle services had Eddy not stepped in. He went out of his way to fight on our behalf. He saw we were being treated unfairly and demanded them to reevaluate our claim. After many phone calls, emails, and much persistence, Eddy was able to get them to accept FULL LIABILITY and reimburse all expenses. We are truly grateful to have Eddy on our side. Eddy and his team are the real deal!

I have been paying my insurance for years and never contacted Stover as I was never in an accident.

Things were positive (I felt indifferent) until I was called by Lauren and told my policy was being cancelled as I didn't pay my bill. I asked why they waited until the last day to contact me and did not get an answer. They said my mail was returned but I pay all my other bills just fine.. I don't know why they didn't bother to contact me when my mail was "returned" to confirm my address.

I switched to Geico, and they said they would give me ample warning if I ever missed a payment, and now I pay close to $200 less a year. I am happy with Stover's lackluster customer service as it encouraged me to look elsewhere and save money. I would not recommend Stover to anyone.

Edit:
Odd the owner would respond 3 years later. Geico has been great! They always let me know well in advance that I need to pay my policy, and not a few hours before it's about to lapse (which is what you did, you called me at 5:30pm telling me to make a payment that day...).

You did not do your job. Why didn't you contact me when my mail was "returned"? I'm guessing you never actually sent me an invoice and Lauren was trying to cover for her mistake.
