Wow! I have been having trouble receiving my refund going on 6 weeks. Every semester there is an extension and a problem getting the aid I deserve. I had to take out a loan and it will be going on 2 weeks waiting for my loan to be released. I already received an email about who my lender is but have yet to get my loan. Spoke to California State Commission customer service center and the rep told me that Fresno pacific has been lying to me in why I’m waiting for my refund. How terrible to know that a Christian university lies to their students. I guess money is truly the root of all evil.

They refused to update my financial aid with relevant grant information several times. They also retaliated against me for asking by disabling my access to my email, and refusing to send me the completed package information on my personal email.

Every time I’ve called they never answer and when I leave a message no one gets back to me. I pay too much tuition out of my own pocket to be struggling this much to have someone from the sfs office assist me.
