I have been a Northern neck customer for over 10 yrs, a few yrs ago I had to move to this agency. Now they have sent everything to a 3rd party phone service in the Philippines!!!! You can't talk to anyone, they won't call you back and they definitely don't care about their customers. I have been waiting 11 DAYS for a return call. Everytime I call they "promise" a call back the same day. Complete radio silence.

I started a new business this past year and secured a policy directly with Progressive Commercial. Before too long, I could tell that Progressive would never be able to match the service and expertise of a local agent familiar with my business.

I reached out to a few local agents because I needed to secure a higher value Cargo Policy than Progressive was able to offer. During my first call with Kim at Sycamore, I was really impressed by her knowledge of the coverage and willingness to help me find the right policy for my situation.

In business, a lot of people say they will do something and fall short of the expectation they set. Kim has always responded quickly to my requests and followed up when she said she would. That goes a long way with me because that level of service is hard to come by in any business these days. Kim now manages all of my policies including Commercial Auto, General Liability, Cargo, and Workers Comp.

This is the first review I've ever posted, so that should say something. I have no hesitation in recommending Kim and Sycamore Insurance Group to anyone seeking coverage and a top-notch team to manage it.

Angela has been fantastic to work with! From being very techno savvy in starting my policy to making any necessary updates/changes usually within the same day. Always checks the policy to see if the current rate can be beat and coverage is always better then what I've seen in other agencies. IN recent major life event it has been the smoothest transition from going to individual persona policies to our soon to be homeowners policy. Couldn't ask for a better agent to handle my personal insurance needs!
