Let me say I was a little frustrated at the beginning when I was looking for new auto insurance. Every year, even though my driving record is clean, my auto insurance goes up, and I end up looking for a better quote. This year, I decided to try State Farm and I was impressed with Ronald Velasquez's customer service.

I dealt with another insurance rep who knew me and we had set up a date and time to start the process. Well, guess what? That date and time never happened, so I ended up texting back and I received a call from Ronald.

I have been in the computer business for years and one thing I have learned is that customer service is very important. I immediately received a call back from Ronald and he walked me through the entire process. I was very pleased with my quote and the setup. Ronald even assisted me in getting my name changed and responded immediately.

As for now, Ronald's service is greatly appreciated and I'm happy that we were able to get the ball rolling. I now have State Farm as my policyholder. Thanks again for the great service.

Last week I had gotten a text from the office stating that there would be a rate increase to my premium and they had asked me to call to see if I qualified for any discounts. I had initially thought that any discounts that I qualified for had already been applied but after speaking with Ashley, I was gratefully surprised!
