Torn on how many stars to actually give because I have a long-standing history and have bought my past several vehicles from here. Usually very nice respectful service, but this last time a few weeks ago I traded my 2020 Jeep Gladiator for a 2022 Dodge Challenger and the initial salesman Ethan Roundy doesn't realize how close he was to screwing up the entire deal and all future business. Very very rude and disrespectful, raised his voice at me in front of my 5-year-old daughter because I disagreed with the initial purchase price and would not be bullied into a deal. It took everything I had not to lose my composure right back at him. Had I not had my daughter with me, I'm sure it would've been a scene.

I am still in the market for another new vehicle and have a few associates looking as well. I will recommend this dealership so long as they see anyone except Ethan. Halfway through the process, another associate, Robert, actually stepped in and saved the whole deal. Ethan never came near us again. Good riddance. I think he could tell we were about to walk. That man has no business dealing with customers, absolutely no people skills whatsoever.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! This place is literally the definition of dirty cars salesmen. To start, we went to just view a car. We told them we didn’t want to talk numbers. We were not going to leave with a car that day. Against our wishes they pushed and pushed. While we were sitting discussing numbers the salesmen kept saying “I really need to make a sale” and pressuring us to make a sale and left us feeling almost dirty. Then when we finally left, we looked at the value of the car on Kelly Blue Book and discovered that not only were we being pressured to make a sale but to make a sale for a car that was being sold over double to value! They have continued to reach out after making it clear that we were not going to be doing business with them. Please please please take your business anywhere else and do not get pressured into being scammed. Also, just a word of advice for the salesmen we spoke with, telling some to “do what hubby says” and continuing to beg is not the best sales tactic to use.

Don’t ever shop here. These guys are full of lies and something is off with them. Some dude named Matt got so aggressive with me that it made my daughter uncomfortable and she went to the car to sit. When I brought it to my salesman’s attention he said that he was just doing his job They think they can push you around tell you a bunch of lies and try to make you sign without showing you any paperwork. Tried telling me that KBB no one uses that not even banks lies again. Tried to tell me that they ran my credit with my bank and no you didn’t.

I would give zero stars if possible!! They sold me a 2022 Jeep Compass and the transmission is going out and they refused to break the contract. I brought the vehicle back several times I purchased it on Thursday and brought it back that Friday and again Monday and Tuesday to be fixed and they refused saying they did not see an issue. On that Monday when I brought it back the service department even admitted that they had not checked the vehicle thoroughly before selling it and that is should not have been sold. I had a mechanic check it to confirm the transmission was going out. I even recorded the vehicle malfunctioning and showed it to them but they insisted nothing was wrong. The vehicle put me down in the middle of the road three times anns almost caused accidents but they did not care. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. My salesman’s name was Robert so if you just cannot avoid them do not allow him to assist you he has no knowledge of cars.

Definitely will do anything for a sale! Cars are raggedy they will pressure you into buying crap, they don't listen. If your desperate for a car used one this here you go and I’m a guy if your a female go elsewhere or bring someone with you! If a customer says no the answer is no

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible sales department. Bought on a car on Friday, come Monday, I discovered the speakers were busted and the upholstery is dirty. Go back up there on Tuesday to have these issues seen to, and they flat-out refused to fix the issues. Not only that, usually you'd have 10 days satisfaction at dealerships. If you don't like it, you should be able to get something else. But, they told me "our used vehicles have a no cool-off sale". In other words, if you aren't satisfied, you are stuck with the vehicle. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The service is so bad that I actually drive my new truck down to Live Oak an extra hour to get it serviced. That’s how terrible they are. my sales guy cornbread drop me like a hot potato as soon as the deal was done, way to stand behind your words. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Live Oak instead.
