When calling Tammy Counts office I was more than sure my rates would be super high as every other insurance agent within the Odenton area was quoting me high rates. Tammy’s office was very professional with calling me back. The entire office is so nice and professional. They gave me a quote that I could not refuse. I have had renters insurance here for a few years now. All was good and easy. Today I had to get a second insurance policy for a new apartment (because I overlapped the weeks to move, I'm lazy). Dana Johnson helped me out and she was sweet and helpful. I didn't realize until the afternoon that I had given her the WRONG address. It was a hectic day. But she was so nice and communicative about the prices and changes. Everything was wonderful. Today, I was the ditzy villain and Dana was the hero. Thank ya'll!!!
