I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Rob Warkentin. His claim of "putting your needs first" could not be further from the truth. My experience was the opposite. He was dismissive unprofessional and completely unwilling to address my concerns. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for him. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you value being treated with respect and professionalism

Their level of professionalism and customer care is second to none. I have been their customer for almost 8 years and every time I’ve needed their assistance they are there to help.
