This idiot named Carlos from TCM called me 2 days ago about a debt that I had owed a few years ago, however I filed for Bankruptcy protection back in May of 2013 and this is all I had to tell him. He could of figured out the rest himself. It wasn't my job to give him all the info since the Debtor had been informed by the court 2 years prior so why should I tell him anything other than that but because I am a nice guy, I gave him the case # to my BK case and looked at the mailing list attached to the bk filing and confirmed with him that the debtor was in fact included. So I thought that was that. Than he calls me again the next day and again today. This time he is telling me that I filed BK in 2003, not 2013 which is not true. Yes, I did have to file back in 2003 but I also had to file in 2013 too. He tells me that their researchers looked me up and I am basically lying and how do I want to take care of this money I supposedly owe. I was Like Umm No. He kept interrupting me and was very rude. Not my fault, the debtor was too stupid to tell them I filed BK and too bad your researchers don't know how to research. Idiots harassing me for no reason. I faxed them the proof. Now let's see if I get an apology which I am due for.

Ms. Daisy Gomez, with a very, VERY, strong accent, left a voicemail on my cell phone for someone not me. Not related to me. These debt collectors are annoying. They somehow have the ability to bypass a caller ID. Infuriating. I'm guessing my phone number is public and this "Daisy" figured she'd just call anyone with my last name. Annoying and I'm wondering if it is legal.... At what point is this harassment?

They keep calling looking for someone else. They won't stop calling and hassling me even though I've asked repeatedly. They keep calling me by someone elses name and telling me to pay a bill that since I'm not that person, I clearly won't be paying.

This collection company is hassling innocent citizens. And apparently no one can stop them....

They're calling me about someone else's debt. Very rude and unprofessional. The gal on the phone told me if I knew the "weasel" they were looking for that I ought to let him know to call them.

This company is now calling my son about a legal matter involving my father and his estate. While on the call the person with whom I spoke called me a liar and hung up on me after telling me they were going to keep calling me at any number they have for me.
