Can i just say this office is awesome?! Customer service is flat out near flawless. My husband calls them probably 10-15 times a year to adjust our policy and they never complain - just send us the new cards as needed!
After my last accident, i called and talked to them personally (my husband usually deals with them). They assured me and reassured me, explaining details i needed in the moment, they would take care of what they could. Even approving my shop for damages in a town with no approved sites.
It's all electronic/ internet/app until i need a human voice ... and there they are.
I 100% recommend Terri Coulette!

The absolute worst car insurance company I have ever dealt with! Unreliable, can't even return phone calls or emails. More expensive than most insurance company's and you are better off looking elsewhere for better rates and customer service. I would give a rating of zero if I could

The insurance carrier is canceling my coverage (the carrier recommended by Terri). Allstate never called or alerted me at all. What a failure of a company! Go ANYWHERE else!

every time my insurance renews my price has gone up, even though i pay every 6 months no late payments or missed payments. No tickets or accidents these people continue to rake me over the coals. will be moving home ,autos and everything else away from these crooks. Its too bad there are no protections for customers against price gouging like this.

So far the pricing has been good but the customer service people do not know what they are doing! I got a bundle home and auto insurance quote locally in Yakima and called to the customer service number since they were open 24/7 hours and I got a quote for a car insurance to add another vehicle the representative took me off the auto pay and my insurance went up 10 more dollars. I tried to let him know that I was just requesting a quote and then he hung up on me, said they were not able to give me insurance on a salvaged title car, but still we’re trying to bill me for it. I kept getting messages that my insurance was late and I needed to make a payment when I spoke with my insurance representative locally she mentioned that they had messed everything up and now I couldn’t get back on auto pay and my auto insurance would be staying at 10 dollars more a month way to steal from your customers! I still haven’t got the issue resolved even my insurance representative locally didn’t want to deal with the headache! I had to submit a claim to get my insurance bill refunded on top of all this that they did because I had been paying insurance with another insured company since they can’t insurance a salvage title car, but they can charge you! Makes no sense!

Would just like to give a huge shout out to my agent Jennifer. She always answers or either calls me back fast and gets whatever I request, done quickly and correctly. I have never had an agent like her before. I really enjoy going through this insurance company. They really take care of me and all my needs! Highly recommend.
