DO NOT CALL THE 800 number! They don’t answer. When you finally get through and get to leave a message- good luck getting a phone call back. When you finally do get a call back, they do the least amount that they can. They don’t search better rates for you until you threaten to leave. Find some place else. My name will not appear as a client. I have help elderly couples deal with this business!

WHAT A ZERO BUSINESS. They had the insurance on my mobile home when I bought it. The seller said they were great so I bought from them. Everything seemed fine until I tried to add more... I called, left messages, dropped in... NO RETURN CALLS, only one salesman there and he was a flake. So I FINALLY DUMPED THEM.

THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO
Three weeks ago I went back AND IT'S EXACTLY THAT BAD STILL... They sucked up an hour of my life, copied all my papers, said they'd call me tomorrow... That was A MONTH AGO. T.G. I didn't get snarled up with them again!!!
SAVE YOURSELF PAIN SKIP THEM.

Extremely poor service. Called twice for possibly filing a small claim. It's the second day and I'm still waiting for a returned phone call. Won't be staying with this agency when my policy is up!
