This is my 1st time working with the Brookline Group, however i can say from experience that the transaction was fast, and enjoyable. We needed a short term but quick, small (250k) loan on a land deal and i have had many hard money loans, i am impressed with these guys and its not easy to impress me.
They have an ability to drown out the unnecessary noise and laser focus on the objective (Closing the deal) saving me time, money and heartburn. Overall my experience with this group has been pleasant and i would recommend them for all your funding needs.
