Hiring Mike from The Claim Squad was the BEST. DECISION. EVER!!! We had mold in our house and our insurance company's first offer barely covered the mold remediation fee, let alone the repairs to bring the house back to it's original shape.

I've never heard of a Public Adjuster before but I'm glad there are people like Mike and the Claim Squad to help homeowners file their claims. I almost filed mine on my own and what a huge mistake that would've been. Unfortunately, a lot of changes have occurred in such a short time with Florida homeowners insurance that ended up effecting my case. Regardless, Mike fought hard for my case and was successful in the end. He made sure to keep me in the loop with each change and took the time to go over each step as my claim progressed. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself wrapped up with a claims issue against your homeowners insurance company, then I hope you are at least fortunate enough to work with Mike.

For the last 7-8 months, I have been struggling with my insurance company to acknowledge me - let alone even help me - with serious hurricane damage from Ian. This process is stressful and difficult to navigate.

Believe all of the five-star review you're seeing about Mike, because mine is exactly the same: never a missed text, ignored call or anything less than a stellar interaction with Mike. I can't thank enough Mike for his support from the beginning till the end of the process that I experienced with the water damage of my kitchen. My bedroom ceiling collapsed two years ago. I called the insurance company, they said it was not covered. I read my complete policy and called the insurance company back because it was covered. They said I could only get $300.00. I called Mike, and from our first conversation, he was very positive and encouraging. I appreciated how he returned my calls no matter how busy he would text and email. He always kept me updated on the process of my claim with the insurance company. We are pleased with the settlement we received. There are a small amount people or companies I would recommend, but Mike is first on my list
