I have done business with The Entrust Group for over a decade with no problems. However, recently I had some odd financial situation arise. After several phone calls with people who (quite frankly) seemed to not know how to solve the problem, I connected with Pierce in the Client Services department. Instead of passing the buck and sending me to another department, he picked up the ball and ran with it saying that "He would take care of it." I sent him a little more information and the next day I got a follow up email from him saying that the nescessary paperwork was being processed. Next day service! Technically, the time was actually 2 weeks and one day with all the calls and follow ups I had made to other people there. (I wish Pierce had been the first person to pick up the phone two weeks ago. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.) I am sure that if Entrust had more stars like Pierce, they would have received 5 stars from me instead of just 4.
