Worst insurance company possible. It’s stunning how bad they are with my wife’s maternity leave. At one point they even threatened “work abandonment” due to the fact they could not view her medical information, which she had to continually upload to their useless portal. The only reason anything got solved is that her HR department had to get involved and escalated her claim. If you have literally any other choice in insurance, use it. You, your company, and your employees will suffer if you use this company.

Even this company help you with fake cases! Fraudulent activities for the new customer! People who have no insurance and involved in Accident they’re helping you out and claim that He/she had insurance at that time!!

The worst experience I have ever had with insurance. After my initial intake call, I never heard from the agent helping me, Mary Rosenbaum, again. I tried to get in touch with her over email/call/etc. and she never responded over the course of 3 weeks it took to get the claim processed. Even my mechanic and insurance sales agent had difficulties getting in touch with her. I was without a car for 3 weeks which made it extraordinarily difficult to get to my job. I was left completely in the dark. If it weren't for my mechanic, I wouldn't have even known my claim was approved! It was only after my insurance sales agent escalated it to Mary's supervisor did I even get the claim approved because it should have been approved days within the car vandalism occurring. I am planning on letting my family know to take their business elsewhere and warn anyone against using Hartford. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible, horrible experience.

The Hartford is one of the worst insurances out there. They made it extremely difficult and stressful for my relative with cancer to receive their benefits while going through treatment and when they were finally able to receive their compensation the amount was so little, there was no way to survive off of it. Additionally, their employees incompetence, inability to do their job and have effective communication within the company and with their clients is ridiculous. In our case, Emily Hettrick was not only hard to get a hold of but also ignored voicemails left to her direct line and did not check the online system for updates on my relatives case. She took no accountability for her mistakes and miscommunication and put all of the blame on the client. The Hartford needs to do a better job at vetting, hiring, and training analysts.

From the very beginning, I always thought that this was a high insurance to begin with. I’m 70 years old. I’m retired on a fixed income. I tried to add my daughter onto the policy and it went up to 800 dollars a month, I canceled her off the policy 3 days later and the woman told me that on February 10 It was going to go back to my original policy of $242 a month that’s expensive and that I would get $128 credit and then It will go back to my regular payments after February 10 but then I get this bill and the person told me it’s prorated and I’m gonna have to pay $320 For February and March and then April when I renew my blasted policy, it might go down to $220 a month. Because I have a Hyundai I’m not getting Insurance from any other insurance company because they don’t wanna take a risk on holidays so I have to pet stick with this company that says they’re for senior citizens and that they help senior citizens out but this HARTFORD is ripping seniors off like every other scammers who are out there they keep calling on the phone every 3 to 4 minutes telemarketers trying to scam a senior and that’s all that HARTFORD is a scam at the hardship of seniors. I’m at a hardship now I have budget budgeted my money for specific essentials and bills, now I won’t have any money for groceries for February and March and April is up for grabs. This is sincere and from my heart, and I would not recommend anybody for the Hartford What is bad enough when I got my car stolen in December 2022 took me four months to get my car back and I’m still dealing with everything the fallout from it and now I gotta deal with this. I’m due to go have surgery for a hip replacement and I can’t do that now I’m at a hardship you blasted people don’t care. LaVerne Foster 55 PHG499348

Has anyone else ever experienced being told you need to pay a 1000.00 deductible when you pickup your repaired auto?

The company is fine. But there is one worker who has got alot of information wrong. She has had alot of difficulty understanding the information. Such as when I tell her the correct info, she put something totally opposite or says I didn't tell her. It's very hard and frustrating, she's also telling me high amounts of money I am getting. Then, tells me it's a very low amount.
