I'm being nice with the 2 stars. I have put in multiple work orders to get my sprinkler system and drop system for the flower box to be fixed. I've had to dig up my plants in the flower box and put them in pots and have water them so they don't die. I have no more grass and my plants are almost all dead. It's been a year and nothing. I got a complaint letter about the potted plants and asked when will they fix the drip system so they can be replanted and all I got was a voicemail that said I needed to change the color of the pots to be compliant. I had a roof leak in February.. I sat in mold for a month and was told by a board member to do what I needed to do to fix the mold since they never sent anyone to repair the roof. They refused to pay for the mold damage. They finally got a contractor to come out in April to look at my home. They left for memorial Day weekend and never returned. I lived in hotels from March until July 4th when we decided to try to live in the uninhabitable home. They said 3 people can live in the kitchen (3'x10') while the house underwent construction and repairs. It's Thanksgiving and I still don't have the construction finished. The company ghosts you just like Helsing does. Helsing paid the contractors for each portion of work so they paid them when assessments came in. And each time, a little more got done. I'm sitting here with holes in my walls and electric outlets not working. I had to do my own cleanup and assume they were finished. My entire house has been in storage since March and we've been sleeping on the floor since July. I'm about to send a certified letter demanding this gets fixed or I will fix it and send them the bill and deduct the balance from my assessments each month. My insurance said since the HOA didn't keep the roofs maintained, it's all on them and the insurance has absolutely nothing to do with this. So my hotels, restaurants, mold damage mitigation and repairs is 100% on them and they refuse any accountability. And because Helsing didn't go through the master policy and paying directly, my repairs are half assed and cheap. Carpets don't match, padding is thin and feel the concrete below your feet, outlets are hanging out of the walls and some with no power, found paint on television and at my desk where they would eat and help themselves to my fridge, used my bathtub to wash their tools and equipment and let me to clean the hardened mess and stains. And not being able to cook in hotels, lost all our food in the fridge to spoilage. They have no problems increasing assessments and not doing what they say they will. Helsing and board members go back and forth. Board said one thing and Helsing says another. They both gaslight you, they both lie and all your left to do is want to sell your home and move. It wasn't until I started reaching out did we even start getting replies, I will be reaching out to the NAACP. Did I mention that when you pay your assessments, the site deactivated it's fees of $1.95 paying by check online but you're charged $2.25 anyway... How does that make sense? I'll be mailing a check from now on so they don't get any fees.

After going crazy on them and having the entire building complain they admitted a mistake was made. Fast forward they took the mo ey out AGAIN!!! I contacted them and was told that they would send me the check right away. It's been over a month th and I dont have my check yet!!!! Nonsense.

The charge a huge Management cost for no reason. If this is the company who is managing you HOA they are definitely overcharging you if you compare with similar companies. IN our case it is chagrin 116$ \Home from our community where they take 47$ just for management fees which is equivalent to doing nothing.

Terrible it is as everyone experienced, I am not the only one suffering. I looked at annual financial statements sent by helsing and it shows 50% is management overhead expenses while remaining 50% is only needed for maintenance.
They will not monitor , manage and do nothing. If you ask for lawn they will stay with wood chips, plants they wont change for years, dry leaves , branches they will just put aside and but will not carry in truck with them. Don't believe me , see this photo at the end of maintenance day at our community .
We pay them hefty money to just to do this
If you can , gather your community together to kick them out of your contract

This is the worst HOA management company. We pay monthly for them to send notices about your lawn or landscaping. They micromanage everything. They want you to remove a dead tree stump after you had just trimmed it. They are not willing to wait a few months for the tree to grow and flourish again. They want you to remove the dead grass, even though we have to conserve water. We got new grass last year and maintain it pretty well, still they are not understanding that the heat is drying out the grass. They just find things to send notices to you and that is the only job they do, yet they raise HOA fees annually for not doing anything else.

Worst hoa possible. Irresponsible , takes no action , actively blocks positive changes , careless , ridiculously expensive , elects board members outside of the community - no community representation , no clarity to track issues

Very poor HOA. Our community hasn't been maintained in over 2 years and the charges have only increased. Spectacularly inefficient! Agonizingly irresponsible. A small example of a broken door which has been raised with them multiple times before it completely broke. The door will degrade before Helsing responds.

Sold my property 3 months ago, paid a hefty fee in getting HOA docs, but I am still getting their bills even though I no longer own the property
