I contacted Greg Walls about insurance for my small healthcare business and he was very nice and he connected me with one of his staff and I received quotes on my coverage. I paid in full for my coverage then the following year I get quotes sent to me after my insurance have already been canceled and I remained with them for it to happen more then once. I have gotten General Liability, Professional, Worksman Compensation and bonded to have all of them to be cancelled. This company is paid to keep my business coverage going and keep me informed of anything related to my business in an timely matter. I reached out to Greg about my concerns on Sept 18, 2023 and he stated that isn't typical way we do business and will follow up on this. As of Oct 12, 2023 I haven't heard anything back from Greg so I guess my small business wasn't worth this company time.

Being a member of several Business Condo Associations, I have Inherited Multiple existing Policies over the years.
