DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENT! She has asked for money for a photo shoot of my home and charged me $500 when it was $100. Also, she has left my house keys under the door mat while showing my house to potential clients and pulling out the key in front of them. Another agent told her the lockbox wasn’t working and she instructed him to put it under the doormat. What agent does that? She refuses to give me back my money and does not take my calls. She also accepted applications from clients and sent them over while giving full visibility of their social security numbers. She doesn’t review the applications carefully since I given her details of what I would accept and what I wouldn’t and yet she takes in the application anyways. She’s in it for the commission not for the best of her clients. I have videos, pictures, text messages and applications. Her name is Julia Feng and she claims to sell your home or rent it out fast, it’s been a month or more and the house is still not rented.
