My experience with The Mitchell Agency has been awesome! As a new car owner, I was unsure of the car insurance landscape. Hillary helped me at the beginning and was so helpful explaining things and recommending options. A year later, I did not realize you had to actually renew it, I figured I would just keep paying. My mistake! Stressed when my insurance expired, I got in contact with Annabelle at The Mitchell Agency and she was wonderful! Annabelle did not fret, she was already on it. All I needed to do was pay another month and renew. Easy as that!! Also, when I finally was able to call back that morning, she had already checked for better offers for me. I asked quite a few questions and she always knew the answer. As someone who knows almost nothing about car insurance, The Mitchell Agency has been there for me since the beginning! I actually have and will continue to recommend my friends and family whenever the need comes up. Thank you again for great service and support, I sure do appreciate it!
