I was in need of urgent assistance while on vacation and nowhere need a branch. I needed to send a wire transfer and the manager Lisa, went above and beyond to help me with that! I am unbelievably grateful to her and the rest of the PNCU team that helped me out of a very tight spot. Thank you!! ❤️

Terrific people! I was buying out my wife's lease on her 2018 Subaru Forester. Having never done this before I needed advice and help along the way. I called Subaru financing first. I asked them what the best rate was I could get in this vehicle.? They said 5 percent. I had a very high score on my credit I asked this is the best rate I can get? The answer was yes. I then contacted my bank where I have been doing business for at least 25 years. They said they don't really get involved in car loans. Then I went home and got onto the PNCU website. I'm looking at rates for used vehicles. Thinking that I might not be reading their information correctly I called the Granby office. They transferred me to Sandy. I explained what I was trying to do. She said I was reading their rates correctly and that she could help. The rest is history. I have been recommending ever since. I will be using them again. Great job

Always greeted politely and helped right away. I've been banking here for 5 years now and everyone knows me and are always so helpful. They are always looking for what's best for me as an individual and not the banks best interest. Love this place!
