Vanessa is just the most understanding person and her communication skills are top tear compared to anywhere I have rented from. The apartments are very nice, maintenance fixes things in a timely manner, and over all good environment. Would definitely recommend.

Easily the cleanest and most well managed apartment complex in town. Vanessa, Veronica, and Daren work extremely hard to make sure the property is well kept. The complex puts all other rental opportunities in Great Bend to shame and is a true example of what others in town should strive to be.

I believe this place is very family oriented and pet friendly. The apartment units are well worth the monthly rent. There are income requirements and it’s well worth it. Vanessa and Heidi are very friendly and and will do all they can to help. Very safe for kids etc.
