I would like to share the wonderful experience that I had working with Miranda of the Sexton Group. I contacted her in November, and we began looking at houses. She was very attentive to my needs, learning that I had some family heirloom furniture that I had visions of displaying in the new place. She also found out that I have many vehicles and trailers that would require a large lot and multiple garage spaces to accommodate my desires. She was very patient with me and spent time learning what my visions were. Instead, our Sexton Property Group agent found us a phenomenal Keller Williams realtor in Kingman and made sure we were taken care of. I didn’t even know they could do that for us!

Monica was our real estate agent. Turned out she sold our house once before and then helped us buy it talk about a conflict of interests. Basically to make a long story short we got the house and we wouldn’t take back our purchase because we are normal people just looking for a home to call our own. But to say that this company had our best interest in mind would be a lie. We got into the house to move out because we had leaks and mold. Sexton told us it wasn’t their responsibility and nothing they could do to help. Now we are being harassed looking for a review and to give us a pie LOL! thanks for putting in our offer that we called you already intending to put in. Just know this company will help you put an offer in but will most certainly not make sure you aren’t sold a property with all sorts of issues. Thanks to our home insurance we are happy and don’t plan on leaving. The terms of our purchase weren’t even met by the time we moved in and we hardly heard from Monica ever again. So thanks for putting in the offer but respectfully leave us alone.

I was very lucky to have Miranda as my agent. In the beginning when we were looking, she was able to get me in to look at any house I wanted to see extremely fast, sometimes it was within a few hours. Then when we finally found the one that I wanted she was able to coordinate everything I needed and made sure I was making the correct decisions and prevented me from making poor decisions. All the way from making an offer to inspections to closing she was able to guide me. Her and her team were awesome and made me feel very secure. If I need to buy another house I will be returning to her.
