I came to
Pickup my item granted yes I was late so I expected a late fee but yet they charge me another $18.00 for late fee staying because am coming to get it and am late so you have to pay double which in NO WAY SHAPE FORM makes any sense. So of course I come with only the cash I expected to pay which was $168.00 originally end up being $191.00 so I had to use my debit card for the remaining $11 but instead they charge me $1 for using my debit card and not having it in cash AGAIN which WASN’T MY FAULT. I must say STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP they are money hungry if your coins is coming to them you’ll have no problems but other than that they are scammers and definitely ripping off locals for their last! I will not be returning and hope to share this with the media about the shop as well.

I guess my specific experience does not matter since It takes a first hand experience to know the people. Some employees speak in a condescending manner. And it's not the younger ones. There's also a underlying racist tone. I can't really explain it, you just have to see it yourself if you know what I mean. It's unfortunate.

Stay oway from this place they almost stole my jewelry I had to get the police involved, they refused to give my jewelry back even thu I had the money to pay for my loan, they are crooks. They took my jewelry at another location and when I questioned they got mad because is kind of extrange that a place that sell jewelry and pawn doesn't have a volt. They miss lead you. My loan was $7,000 and my jewelry was over $20,000. Don't believe the reviews I got fooled by that. Friends or family probably wrote them.

I have been dealing with these gentlemen for over ten years and the customer service is outstanding. The gentlemen always have given me and my friends the best value for our money and items we have brought to them I would highly recommend Vault Pawn for items being brought or sold by them. They also do Loans at a reasonable rate.....

AKA Metro pawn. Bought a Stihl MS661C chainsaw for $1126.92 and found out the chainsaw has a scored piston. I offered seller I would keep and fix saw for a partial refund to cover just the rebuild kit cost of $379. I was willing to pay labor cost. No response. Ebay sent me a return ship label - not seller. Ebay is refunding me - not seller. Seller is pawn shop with a bunch of negative and neutral feedback from buyers on Ebay. I looked them up on google and more unhappy customers found there also. Not a very honest seller in my opinion. Do your own research prior to purchasing from this shady pawn shop. Keep in mind if you see that Stihl chainsaw for sale by them it has a scored piston and needs a top end rebuild kit installed. You all have been warned. If I could leave zero star I would.
