Don’t use this company for financial advice. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. I’m 40 and am a high-income earner.

I told Sunkul Soni that I wanted an incredibly aggressive portfolio. I was completely ignorant about investing at the time and I told him I had zero clue about investing.

He suggested to put 50k into an REIT. That was 40% of my retirement. After 2 months of watching the investment stagnate, I told Sunkul I thought it was a bad investment. I felt he was condescending and he made it clear to me that his self-interests were more important than his client’s.

To make matter’s worse, when he removed himself as the broker on my account, the REIT documentation wasn’t done correctly, so I was unable to liquidate that account in a timely manner. It’s now been 2 months that I’ve had nearly half of my retirement in a stagnant investment where it’s deadlocked.
