Tim did an amazing job with helping us purchase our first home. Being it was our first home, he made sure to go through all the different loan options to ensure we were able to make an educated decision on the type of loan we needed.

Being that the market was extremely competitive, the turnaround time on offers were short. Tim was very responsive and made sure to have all proper documentation and mortgage simulations available to us at a moments notice.

As a first time home buyer I felt about as comfortable with the process as I could. Tim and his team were available frequent and often but I did feel like there were times where a slightly more timely explanation of the events taking place could have been a benefit for me. I worry maybe too much but that is how it is with me. I will say that due to the fact it was an estate sale, the process had unforseen aspects that led to questions. So all in all the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because I can't put 4.5. Great experience, would recommend others and would use them again if buying another home.
