I have rented a home from them for over 10 years. They do not respond to any maintenance requests, you have to send them multiple to get any where. They charge you extra for everything and have fees they don't tell you about. They use a "portal" for rent payment that has extra fees every rent payment, and if you pay at the office they also charge you extra money. Nothing is ever a polite conversation, it's always do this thing we want you to do or we will kick you out. My account has been in perfect standard the whole time I have lived here. Every time I have to go in the office or contact them to ask a question or, they laugh at me. In person they pointed in my direction and laughed, then came back and told me no sorry we can't help you. They are the worst people I have ever had to deal with in what is supposed to be a professional place of business.

The properties they own they let go and if you own property next to one of their units then good luck. The fence between our property and theirs is falling and since law says it’s need to be 50/50 repair it would never help because theirs tenants kids climb on the fence and stand on it. Normally these types of rental owners are called slum lords. This seems to fit in this particular issue.

I have never dealt with a realtor as terrible as Tinetti. The persistently harass, send letters with my dead fiance’s name on them, and have very poor customer service when contacting them on the phone. I do not recommend them to any one. I have lived at my current address for several years, but since my landlord retired and shifted the property management to Tinetti it has been nothing but a nightmare. My former landlord and I had a wonderful working relationship. I am appalled by Tinetti's policies and I can't wait until I move so that I no longer have to deal with them. I know they are just trying to run me out because the property was not worth the $400,000 they were trying to sell it for. The roof on my house has water damage from a leaking swamp cooler. The carpet is very old and worn and needs to be replaced, as well other minor repairs that need to be made to bring the house up to code. Renters beware, Tinetti's policies will be the bane of your existence.

It’s been nearly a year since I moved and I am still being harassed by Tinetti. I received a letter stating I owe them nearly $500. This is the second time they claimed I owe them, yet they have my $800 security deposit. I called them and told them this. Then I never heard from them again for the last several months. I believed that the matter was settled and they simply decided to keep my whole deposit, because apparently that’s what they do. If I still owe them $500, then where is my remaining $300? I get no response over the phone. Based on other reviews I don’t expect to ever get a penny of my deposit back, but the fact that they are claiming I owe them and refusing to acknowledge my deposit because it was paid to my original landlord by my deceased fiancé is absurd. If they didn’t bother to get my deposit from the original landlord, how am I responsible for that?

Tinetti has been a great help for me and my bf. We’ve been looking for a place together, and Liz C and Tinetti have been a very great help to us. They’ve been persistent on updating us, and letting us know more info about an apartment we applied too. To me paper applications make the process a lot easier than online ones which they do paper. Overall a good process thanks so much Liz C leasing coordinator and everyone in the front desk!

Awesome realty group. They were helpful and contacted us regularly to update news. After viewing the house and doing more paperwork, everything went smoothly. We rented our first house together and want to purchase a home sometime in the future, hopefully go through the same realty. They have nice houses for rent, very good choices they picked to be on their website. My husband and I are very grateful to have went forward with applying and patiently waiting because it was definitely a Christmas miracle with Tinetti and the owner of the house.
