TMC Capital does not get back to you once you apply. Once I applied via Lenderfit, I saw that my application was sent to underwriting. The website stated that it would take 7 to 10 business days. It took way longer. I had to call Natalie multiple times and leave multiple messages, but they don’t get back to you. It has now been over a month, and I called for the hundredth time to find out I wasn’t accepted and that I should have received a notice, which I didn’t. When I asked why it was taking so long, I got vague answers of “different reasons.” I would not apply or reach out again due to lack of customer service.
