Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of life! Solange was speaking to me over the phone like I was her 5 year old, super rude, unprofessional and no work ethic! Incompetent at that!
I’m soooo disappointed! DONT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR INSURANCE! Don’t waste your time !!!!

I have been with this company 4 years and I have had very bad experience with them. They have very slow service. It took 4 months after my accident to look at my car and make a decision on what to do and I had full coverage. I also went last month to register a new car and they took my money and it’s been 1 month and they haven’t done anything to help. So I decided to leave this company. Very slow and horrible service.
