Never replies e-mails.
Auto enrolled people on my auto policy without my consent.
Hard to find in office, they're supposed to close at 5 p.m. and can't find them at 3:00, been trying to communicate to their phone and they don't answer/reply back. Have a line waiting for them to open today at 9:00 a.m., it's been an hour and no way to reach them...
