1. Comparables were a stretch and Jamie wanted to list lots for nearly half of what I wanted. 3 potential buyers already after listing lots with another agent at my desired price.
2. They made an error in my listing description. It listed as 4 bd 3 ba but the description said 2 bd and bathroom and never included a new concrete driveway in the description.
3. First showing I received 20 mins notice to get my dog in the house who was running around my .6 acre lot. I texted Jamie to tell other realtor I have the dog so enter thru patio door. Jamie never told the seller's realtor so they knocked and left. He suggested I was to blame for having a dog outside and scaring their kids.

I rented from them for 11 years. When I was ripped off by California Exodus Moving and Storage, I asked for extra time. Lisa didn't return my calls. Her assistant offered August 1 - 15 at the full month rate. On August 10, we left the apartment to eat. We were only gone for about an hour. When we came back, we had been locked out by management, with 5 days left on the agreement. We will be filing a lawsuit against Top Producers for breach of contract as well as cost to replace stolen furnishings and new washer/dryer combo. Don't do business with these thieves.

Lisa and Isabelle were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are truly looking for the best situation for the renters and owners. If you are moving to the mountains I highly suggest going to them. Really really great folks.
