We were at this hotel from Friday the 21st to Sunday the 23rd. Our experience with this hotel was Fair. Upon walking into the room the door was wide open not a big deal. We had a rollout bed in the room and it did not come with sheets it took about an hour to get the sheets. When we were here there were many kids running around and the guests hated that so a few complaints came in and it basically ruined their fun. There were no bedbugs in the bed which surprises me after looking at some of the reviews. No car break ins the room had a bunch (46) dead ladybugs scattered and on the bed. This hotel has a good breakfast selection but once they run out of food then there is no Restock. Overall if you want a clean room stay away from here but if you want a spacious dated room, this is the hotel for you. As a side note I was impressed with this hotel but a few aspects made it a 3 star.

If you have read a bad review on this place, don't believe it. We stayed during Christmas and it was great!!!
The staff was great, the room was great and we were located next to anything we could possibly want. The room was clean, no noise to wake us up. Bed slept great, fell asleep soaking in the tub, and found some great restaurants we truly enjoyed.

Checked in for two nights but have to leave after one. Carpet not vacuumed in room, glasses dirty in cabinet, rag that was used to clean is so dirty it left streaks on the surface of the tables, stove, and front of refrigerator. Coffee maker unusable. Pillows have an old dirty smell to them. A couple of itchy spots on my legs this morning. I am a titanium elite and spend a lot of time on the road an in rooms and I would not recommend this hotel at all. Needs a complete remodel and deep clean. Sorry but this is the truth. A couple of other choices I will be going with from now on and it’s not Marriott unfortunately because I do like the points…

I agree with the comment of someone saying, "If you have read a bad review of this place, don't believe it". And only giving this place 3 stars is 1 star shy of what it deserves. Staff is awesome rooms are awesome, free laundry with complementary laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They have two huge grills you can use. The staff is awesome. Anyone who says anything different is a liar!!!!

We've been twice to this hotel in the year while in Aiken. The property is not built recently, but it's well kept, clean and we like the location near the main road (whiskey road) and restaurants. The only thing that could've improved is the breakfast, but again we'll probably go there again if we were to stay in aiken again. The pictures are from 2 different stays.

A hidden gem in Aiken! Hospitality as a plus, from the front desk up to the housekeeping! Excellent breakfast options, nice,clean & quiet rooms,fast speed internet, and located at walking distance to many businesses in Aiken, plus easy access to main highways. Great place to stay!

No parking.
Front desk recommended parking in a fire lane or handicap spot, but said they would not pay the ticket. They have "some of their people" staying there that have trailer and other vehicles taking up spots. Very disappointed in the management here. 😒

Here are some details about this location that were top notch:|*EVERY staff person we encountered greeted us warmly and wished us a good day.|*The laundry area was clean and easy to use and FREE. That absolutely made my day!!|*No one knocked on our door to see if we wanted housekeeping when our “Do Not Disturb” sign was out. This was especially appreciated since we work nights and those early morning knocks can truly be a problem.|*The front desk staff was extremely helpful when I had questions even when it was in the middle of the night.|*Bethany, the person who cleaned rooms on our floor, was kind, helpful and so friendly. When I apologized for using a late checkout she said it was totally fine and not to even worry about it.||Overall, this was our BEST stay in South Carolina in the five months we have been working in this state. Thank you so much!
