My whole family has been with Allstate before Trip opened his location years ago. My Dad who was very good with business insisted on Allstate and liked Tripp and his associates so I've been with them since I was a teen in the 80's. Best customer service ever! BEST!!!! Very caring help and very personable. They look out for you...it's incredible. The site wouldnt let me give more than 5 stars so 5 it is but it should be 5+. I usually work with Kim Morris or Debbie just by chance but they are all great. Thanks!!!! Mrs McCray

We have been with Allstate for many, many years. We have never had a bad experience and have always been happy with their service. Allstate has always looked out for us and greatly helped in our times of need. Each representative we've dealt with, over the years, has always been very knowledgeable. Most recently, we have been working with Monica Bell on a home owners policy. Monica has made us feel completely comfortable and has really gone out of her way to ensure we have the best coverage available. Great company. When my house burnt down Trip came to visit to make sure my family was ok and even shared his experience as a fire victim. Debbie in his office is great, I've never met her in person, but she always remembers me when I call and is very pleasant. She also makes recommendations to help me save or get the most from my policy for my home and automobiles.

After doing extensive research to see what was the best priced insurance in the area Trip's rates always beat the competition by a huge amount. Not only are they reasonable, but the staff is happy to help & answer any questions thoroughly. They respond quickly through email or over the phone. If I still lived in VA they would be my agents.
