I recently received a letter that my doctor would no longer be accepting my Florida Blue insurance plan. I was in a panic. I didn’t want to change doctors so I hoped I could get a different plan. I hated the thought of going through the insurance hunt again. Being new to the area I googled Florida Blue agents. There were several within a 25 mile radius. While Tropical Bay Insurance wasn’t the closest I liked the name. I called and was directed to a Bill. I asked if I could make an appointment and he said you can come right now, I have time. I hopped in my car and headed over. This Bill was very nice and we chatted and I was relieved immediately. Within 30 minutes I was enrolled in a new plan that my doctor participates in. I’m set up for autopay, everything is done. When I got out to the car my boyfriend had been looking up Tropical Bay Insurance and said they had excellent reviews. Turns out this Bill was Bill Bay one of the owners. Tropical Bay 😉. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’ve already recommended them to a neighbor.
