Troy was very unprofessional with me. I was also unsatisfied as a client and gave him chance after chance to fix it. I felt like he was more interested in selling me more policies than fixing the issues I had with the original auto policy. I switched due to that issue and several others. I hope my new agent will be more attentive and helpful than he was. If you’re a single lady, be careful..

Not a person who can be trusted.State Farm agents aren't what they were 20 years ago.So many are leaving so SF pays over $800.000.00 for Comercial adds on sporting events like football.Find another company that doesn't screw over their clients
