If I could do zero stars I would. The experience we just had was unbelievable. Treated us like we were suspicious and criminal. Very unprofessional and rude tellers who couldn’t handle a simple withdrawal due to us being out of state- despite giving multiple forms of identification, social security numbers, phone numbers, previous addresses, date we opened the account, logging into the app and answering ridiculous follow up questions - telling them what allotments we have going in and on what dates, followed by past exact dollar amount deposits—-but STILL wasn’t convinced we were who we say we were. Head teller then walked away from us without even saying anything else after grilling us in a very condescending way. Ultimately handed over the money but still never apologized and handed it over in a hesitant way. Based off recent reviews, I’m not surprised and bet you’ll continue to lose customers. Closed our account that we’ve had for YEARS because of it.

Do not ever use truist for your banking they allowed someone to steal 2700 dollars from me after repeated attempts to stop this. They also refuse to help their customers they only use technology from 1887 and mail things to you Even though they have email. Then when you request things to be printed off they want to charge you for it. I was a loyal customer of theirs for years and even told friends to go to them but no more.

I am done with this bank I've had nothing but problems with them. They put a hold on a $1300 check because account was negative $7.00. gave them $9 cash to put my account up. Ben with this bank for over 2 years and this is the way I get treated.
