They looked after me very well. Worked with me on payments when times were hard and couldn't afford my payment.

They were very transparent as far as fees and quotes and i was able to get it almost half the cost through allstate vs a competitors rates that i had for years .

When i had my car crash they were very accommodating and made sure i got paid and made sure i was covered . The other party tried to say alot of things but allstate had my back and i appreciated that.

My insurance agent (Heather)would even email with me personally to help me with anything i needed help with as i work alot and i cannot be in person etc and they were very accommodating. I could not say anything bad about my experience with these guys
