I have been using this bank for many years and I am very impressed by the professionalism of the whole staff.
One extra benefit that is rare nowadays, everyone in the bank are bilingual in English and Russian language for those who can not understand Ukrainian, so that is a plus for lots of people. I can see myself continuing to be a customer with Ukrainian Federal Credit Union in the future.

These people are very nice and this Credit Union is very good. The mobile app is excellent, the Online side is also VERY good. It is very easy to link external accounts for fast ACH deposits & transfers. Savings certificates have a VERY generous APR and the (local) branch is also excellent (nice, neat and professional). Customer Service online and on the phone is outstanding! I'm a new member, I wish I'd have found UKFCU much sooner.
