Tricia Loomis is so kind and patient and understanding. Very personable and super helpful. I went in with my partner to apply for an auto loan after a car accident, and she made a very stressful situation feel much more easy going than it could've been. 10/10, highly recommend checking her out for sure if you need any assistance, but I've generally had great experiences with this credit union either way!

The process for applying for a Home Equity line of Credit was hassle free and the customer service was excellent. Tammy Proulx has helped me with a number of financial matters at UMass 5 and the team followed through in a timely manner.

Booked an appointment to open a business account. Checked in for my scheduled appointment time 6 min. early. 15 minutes of waiting with noone acknowledging or assisting me, so I went to the front desk and told the clerk I've been waiting for over 15 minutes for my appointment. He said he would check me in, but I already checked in when I arrived, as I was prompted to do through text and email. I waited another 15 minutes (30 minutes total) before walking out! This branch obviously does not value its customers or it customers time!

As usual your staff were extremely kind and helpful. I appreciate their professionalism and presence. Today I had six documents notarized. Patricia Loomis was so helpful and I really appreciate her willingness to do this notary work today. I always feel like all the staff at the branch in Northampton are so helpful. I highly recommend this Credit Union.

I worked initially with Trish Loomis at the King St.location who was very informative and gave me needed direction prior to me following up with Consumer Lending. Tammy with consumer lending pointed me in the right direction, helped me complete my application and showed genuine concern about my being financially informed.

The loan agent that we worked with, Madison Stefanelli, was consistently professional, efficient, and personable throughout the car loan process. She provided me with a wealth of information that I needed about the car loan application process and then she walked me through the next steps for the loan process. The second day that I worked with her to sign my son as a co-borrower on the loan, Madison explained the process to my son in detail so he knew what he was signing up for. She is an asset to the Five College coop and I look forward to working with Five College coop because of my interactions with her.
