They are some of the rudest people i've ever tried to do business with. Their agents give u the run around. Then after a month said that their were problems with my app but cashed my check. Hello people if there is a problem u dont cash in. Then no one wants to answer the phone. Will never do anything with them again. And yes i got my money back.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I call this company when they supposedly opened, 8am. I was told my wait would be 4 mins but I was waiting for 46. I hung up, called another company to handle business then called United back. This time they(automated)offered to call me back when my spot was open so I wouldn't have to wait on hold. I agreed, they said it would be 20 mins. They called back 2hrs later, not 20 mins and I was still on hold for 10 mins before I hung up. How is this place still in business when the customers can't even get in contact with a person?! Just for the heck of it I called again, automated offered to call back and this time they told me it would be 3 or more hours.... seriously, avoid this place if possible.

Let's see where do I start¿? I'll start with they have the most rudest employees, my husband passed this January, I called them 2 days later to let them know, this b had no manners at all, no sympathy not kind at all I had to get a manager it was horrible, I called again today regarding not receiving any bills from them, well ma'am we sent them to your POB, well I told her that's nice bc I changed my address in March it was filled out twice. I THINK IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON TO ANOTHER INS. CO. THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I JUST CAN'T WITH THEM ANYMORE, I'M Writing a LETTER TODAY and it will be in full detail as to why I'm talking not business elsewhere., and these are just two problems, and I can never reach my agent, when you're grieving the last thing you want is to talk to horrible people.

My grandfather has been paying premiums since 1973 for a $1000 whole life insurance policy. His last payment was in March 2020 in which he was currentl. He passed away in April which left the family to make his arrangements. I can’t understand how they have been getting his money all these years for a $1000 policy......something just isn’t right.

If I could give them a zero I would...Please check if you have insurance with them check your documents for mistakes. Don't give your information to the different agents because they just ride around with your info in the car and if they don't pass the licensing test they just keep your information...Unbelievable!!! And they don't have any customer service skills..Horrible!!!! Chicago Branch

Calls are not returned from agent and the customer service is poor. They seem quick to get you off the phone with as little help as possible.
